What is a digital product?

It’s something we get asked a lot, and rightly so. When we say digital ‘product’, we’re talking a software-enabled solution to a design problem that people interact with through a digital touchpoint. The browser you’re reading this on? Digital Product. Word? Digital Product. VR experiences? Uber? Slack? You got it, all digital products. By leading with strategy and discovery and never a tech or medium, we stay digital agnostic and design a solution that best suits the problem at hand.

Volley: redefining the live event experience

You’re sitting in a live audience, say SXSW. How do you go back and capture that moment? What if you could hit a magic button, and have that moment captured. We worked with ambitious startup Volley on re-imagining the live event experience with two key principles - for the viewer to never miss a moment, and keep them in the moment.

Starting with strategy, design and development of a Minimum Loveable Product, we’ve been with Volley from the start on a journey through to public launch.

Designing a personalised approach to healthcare

The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network wanted an engaging and innovative solution for users, in particular kids, interacting with educational and informational healthcare content. In partnership with How To Impact, we designed and developed content for a highly personalised experience that learns about you, and serves you content relevant to your hospital journey - the hero piece, an interactive 360° ‘Choose-your-own-adventure' video.

A personalised approach to healthcare

We collaborated with Ferrari and ZSpace to design and build an engaging product that guided the sales team to follow a 7 step walk around that outlined key features of each Ferrari model by utilising Augmented Reality.

After customers have seen under the skin, they can then personalise the model to their exact specification via augmented content tracked seamlessly over the showroom car, using the latest in Edge Based Tracking and SLAM technologies.

Driving fan loyalty for Optus Sport

Australia’s Second largest telecommunications provider Optus had decided to broaden their entertainment offering into sport, now they just had to establish a brand to deliver the full experience of sport in a bold and engaging way.

By utilising emotional branding, we cultivated an empathetic visual language that allowed Optus Sport become part of the tribe. We created an appealing and effective visual identity system that was flexible enough to connect with fans across multiple sporting codes.
